In reading this article on Inman News this morning, I had
flashbacks to a recent transaction.
Our buyer had found the perfect home, we made the
offer and then we had to wait, and wait some more.
The listing agent could only be contacted on breaks or
when his 'DAY' job was over. He was extremely difficult to
work with because of his limited time schedule.
It seemed everything was delayed. To top it off, the listing
agent took a discounted commission because this wasn't
his 'REAL JOB'.
What kind of message do part-time agents send to the buying public?
What do you think?
Can they do a professional job in this business?
