and just east of Crahen in Grand Rapids Township, within Forest Hills

School District. Started in 2000, there are still new homes being

built in this development.  Close to the I96 expressway, Forest Hills

 Shopping, the village of Ada, 28th Street shopping & entertainment,

 this location is very desirable and centrally located.  The Ada Bike

Trail now connects to the miles of Grand Rapids Bike Trails near here

at Forest Hills and Fulton Street, just southeast of Frederick Meijer

 Gardens & Sculpture Park.

These statistics really tell the story of the current real estate market place.

The home sellers that are really serious about selling their homes price

them correctly for the current market and they sell.  The majority of home

sellers either don't want to sell, or can't sell at the current prices. 

In our opinion, if you aren't can't price your home at a figure that home

buyers will take seriously, you should reconsider your decision to have your

 home on the current real estate market.

Hidden Hills is an established neighborhood of homes off Cascade Road

and 30th Street in Cascade Township, Michigan, a suburb of Grand Rapids. 

 Home construction started here in the 1960's housing boom in the Forest

 Hills School District and has continued through to today. There are new
