The Farmer's Market in Grand Rapids officially starts in May. The Grand
Rapids location on the Fulton and Fuller Street corner is open on Tuesday,
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, every week until October. Most local produce
really starts to come to market in June, so the offerings are a little
sparse right now.

When we visited yesterday, there was fresh Michigan asparagus, fresh rhubarb,
red potatoes, and green house grown tomatoes from local farmers. There was
lots of plants and flowering plants for sale also. We saw lettuce, some really
healthy tomato plants, and lots of flowering baskets and containers to spruce
up your home and landscape. In about 2-3 weeks, we should start to see local
radishes, lettuce, and strawberries for sale. We took a few pictures so you can
see what it looks like now. I will try to get back later in June,so you can see the
true flavor of what is offered.
