Lansing Michigan Capitol Building Visit Protestors gather in front of the Capitol steps on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 to protest Emergency Financial Managers’ powers that could be voted into law in cities across Michigan in economic straits. This law would give these managers powers that they currently don't have and are quite controversial.
