Can You Blog at 80?

Can You  Blog At 80 MPH, that is?  You betcha!

On a recent trip back from visiting my parents in North Carolina I was taking

a break from driving while Bonnie took the wheel. I got in the back seat with

my tablet computer and Air Card.

Fortunately, I was connected for the next 2 1/2 hours commenting and reading

blogs.  Technology gives us so much freedom and allows us to perfom functions

that a few years ago would have been unheard of.

whizzing along

I remember my first Cell phone and how intriqued I was making a call while

driving down the highway.

This last week I found the Internet Super Highway at 70 plus miles per hour.

Terry...

Perhaps you could open discussions with BB about letting me drive so he can blog. I recently caught him blogging on his IPhone at 80 mph. He's gonna get the two of us killed if he doesn't knock it off :)

Terry--Is driving 80 legal in Michigan? ;o) I just do Facebook updates with my Blackberry in the car (as a passenger of course). It is amazing how things have changed though.

A very catchy title to your post. I think i would have got travel sick long before 2.5 hours had gone by, but good use of time on your part.

Heck, I can barely text message at 70, and that's when I'm driving. LOL. OK, it's against the law to TWD in California. I admit to doing it at stoplights. Hey, stop honking, I'll step on the gas in sec. :)

Hi Terry - Technology is a wonderful thing.  I've been fascinated with it for several years and have enjoyed the advancements (and they have been rapid over the years) we've seen over time.  We can do so much more today because of all that is available to us.
