You might have to really look at this picture to see the details.
When I went to our local food store recently, I needed to to make a
necessary stop. When I saw the bathroom, I had to go to my car and get
get my camera to take this shot to show you.
Our local grocery store is one of the best I have ever been in. They listen to their
customers and try to make life easier and more convenient for them. We (and everyone
we know) love Forest Hills Foods. This is just one of a dozen reasons. If you have little
children, would they like to go to the bathroom where they can have a stool and sink at
their height? Would it make it a fun experience for them? You bet!
Thanks again, Forest Hills Foods, for thinking about your customer's total grocery store
experience.

Looks like the store goes the extra mile to provide a postive experience for their shoppers. When I take the kids shopping they only want cookies. In this store it would be cookies and a potty stop.

Now that is a great store; I wish I would have had this store around when my son was younger rather than asking him a hundred times if he had to go only to get to the car and he would tell me he had to go then.
Dan: funny you mention cookies they give out free samples at the bakery all the kids big and little know to check to see if they have any.
Tom: they do seem to have a good grip on what makes the customer happy.
It is easy to figure out why you love this market! Great customer service!
Terry and Bonnie--I remember as a child I loved going to the St Paul Public Library downtown with my grandmother because there was one stall with a child-sized stool. This is important when you are only a few feet tall! Sounds like a great store that cares about it's littlest customers as much as it's biggest!
Terry and Bonnie - I believe this is the first time I've seen a grocery store plugged because of its great bathroom facilities. But must admit that little toilet, especially with the special toilet seat is different than most:-)
Tony and Darcy: It is a great store and really understands customer service.
Teri: I just couldn't resist the photo.
Myrl: I think we have said so many nice things about the store this just indicates how far they will go to make sure the customer is happy.
