Bonnie and Terry--The 100 question link is such a great website for first time buyers to get answers to questions. I have posted it before and even have it as a link on my website. An informed first time buyer makes the job a lot easier. And if the buyers cannot find all the answers on this website, your team will definitely be able to fill in the blanks!
