Terry, photos and description look nice. What type of fish are in the lake?
Posted by Gary Smith (Agent Marketing Today) over 12 years ago

Joseph: Thanks Hope you have a great 2008.

Gary: I am guessing just pan fish Blue Gills and the like but would still be a fun after work activity.

What a nice home. Do you ever worry about flooding? I ask because it's a concern in the central valley of California . . . and this is right on the water.

Elizabeth:The area this home is in has a high water table but no risk of flooding. Small lake that people paddle around on and fish for small pan fish. Most people buy for the view not the recreation. Thanks for the comments.
