Yes we own a time share week and we do not plan on using it so thought someone else might be interested. We just want our maintainance fee and transfer fee out of it so it is a reasonalble rate for 3 bedrooms.

Hilton Head Vacation Home for only $1,000.00 for the week?  Wow!  If I didn't have two young boys and the west coast so close.  I used to live in Virginia and Maryland and you don't know how many times something like that DIDN'T pop up when I needed it.  Good Luck!
