Hi Terry, that's an understatement about foreclosures being uninhabitable. I looked at a home in Land Park yesterday that just hit the market. It had 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and more than 3,000 square feet listed at $485,000, which believe me is a great price around here. Wow. The entire interior was filthy, walls cracking, holes in ceilings, kitchen gutted, it was a mess -- yet somebody had lived there prior to foreclosure.
Elizabeth: We have seen it here over and over again. It is a sad part of our business to see what people have done to a home that at one time they were very proud of.
